Fat Head Honey Farms - Clarkson                                     2025 

I never knew this was here and it probably wasn't when I went to Clarkson High School.  The farm is really well kept and attractive.  Purchases are made on the honor system if no one is around.  Cindy does like honey a lot and I think she bought a bottle of chocolate honey.  They also have a few different honey sodas in the cooler and a few books on natural foods and other things.

 

There are a lot of bee hives sprinkled around outside and inside.  Some have become flower displays and some are housing tens of thousands of bees.  We used to have some hives on the farm.  Cindy's family had friends in Snyder who kept bees.  It took me a couple years to walk amongst the hives even though I was always told the bees wouldn't bother me.  It's true, intimidating but true.
